Exclusive interview with President of a new Political party: Zimbabwe Freedom Party

Our correspondent caught up with Pfumoreropa Chingwe Dzapasi the Presidential candidate of a new political party called Zimbabwe Freedom Party and had an exclusive UNEDITED interview with him.
ZNO: What is the meaning of your political party’s name?
ZFParty: The name Zimbabwe freedom party represents everything people are inneed of. to be more specific, it means democracy, freedom and prosperity where by everybody have got the access of identification.
ZNO: When was the party founded and by who. What is the structure of your party?
ZFParty: The ZFP was founded in 2008 august. the founder of the party being mr Pfumoreropa Chingwe Dzapasi.
ZNO: What motivated you to get into politics and what makes you think you are a good leader?
ZFParty: I believe politics is natural, and it is not a thing about motivation, by being motivated by a particular thing one will end up being an inferior just like some other political leaders who were motivated by some kind of things we are not aware of.
ZNO: In how many provinces of the country is your party represented?
ZFParty: We can not mansion this for the serk of security of our members.we can not state out the number of provinces that we are represented at the morment before we gather momentum.in south africawe afe found in durban, captown and johanesburg.
ZNO: What is your current membership country wide. Do you have party membership cards?
ZFParty: No disclosure security reasons.
ZNO: Do you have a party manifesto. If so what is the most important thing?
ZFParty: Yes we do have our manifesto, and the highly important thing at the moment is the bringing back of the glory of Zimbabwean better days
ZNO: what makes you sure that your party will be able to solve current problems in Zimbabwe?
ZFParty: The weakness that we believe zanu-pf have, the weakness of other political organizations,th room that we have since we are not based in zimbabwe, the surport we have from the deserters of the ZNA, the grievances the whole zna have exerpt for a few war verterense. we believe al;kl that will give us enough room to undo mugabe and settle down matters in zimbabwe and the world together with zimbabwe get their freedom
ZNO: What difference do you hope to bring to Zimbabwean politics especially considering the fact that so many parties have tried in vain to bring that change you are talking about?
ZFParty: We are going to fulfill our promises we are promising the people that we are going to undo mugabe and his zanu-pf and so we should do. and that makes us deferent we aren't loyal to anything put in place with zanu-pf we are having our own constitution that we want people to believe
ZNO: How geared are you to face the challenges that come with Zimbabwean politics which has vexed the many parties that have tried before.
ZFparty: Right from the word go, we are more than geared and even prepared to take into counter any possible measures to get back our freedom totally
ZNO: Mr. Dzapasi don’t you think it could have been better if you had joined hands with the GNU and try to work towards its success rather than forming a new party?
ZFParty: no no not even at all, we will not join the GNU because it resembles failure to join another political party. one fails to deliver freedom to the people you fail to tackle away the enemy tomorrow and to make matters worse the GNU doesn't exist in the constitution of the party.
ZNO: To you what exactly would you say is the problem in Zimbabwe?
ZFParty: The problem is Zanu-Pf and Robert Mugabe who are ruling Zimbabwe with an iron fist
ZNO: Looking at the violence emanating from Zanu PF supporters do you think your party can ever see daylight?
ZFParty: An eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth is a suitable situation which corresponds to the Zanu Pf supporters
ZNO: One of the burning issues in Zimbabwe right now is the issue of land? What are your policies on it? How do you intend to tackle the issue?
ZFParty: Redistribution of the land in the correct format which we should make sure that the whole nation is sertisfied. by eliminating all the policies that were implemented by Zanu Pf concerning the issue of land.
ZNO: Does your party have a reconciliation policy. If so how will you reconcile with violence perpetrators of Zanu PF?
ZFParty: This one is a farfetched and a distanced issue in the space of our constitution.
ZNO: We understand that you are based in South Africa. Is That correct? Is your party officially registered . When do you plan to launch your party in Zimbabwe?
ZFParty: Yes we are based in south Africa, we will never get registered ton any organization or government before we secure our freedom. we don’t have a specific day to launch ZFP in Zimbabwe, any time is tea time
Zimbabwe will never be declared free until the zfp says so. and Zimbabwe is still a colony under Zanu-Pf and Robert Mugabe.
