AFTER a enjoying several sessions of ‘threesome’ sexual orgies with two siblings on the same bed, a Harare man applied for a Protection Order to “get rid” of one of them, his wife.

Leonard Nyamugwindiri (23) told a packed courtroom that he had a “threesome” with his wife, Letwin Nyanguwa, (19) and her elder sister, Pamela Nyanguwa (25), on the same bed. Mr Nyamugwindiri is said to have been asked to pay US$5 000 as damages by the two women’s parents for sampling their daughters in such dramatic style. Mr Nyamugwindiri told the court he was no longer in a position to stay with his legitimate wife Letwin because he had had sex with her and her elder sister in the same bed. “I cannot stay with her as my wife because I once slept with her and her sister on the same bed. So, I can’t have her as my wife anymore,” he said.

He also said that Letwin was not “marriage material” because he would have sex with her “even in the bush”. “She cannot be my wife because she is very loose,” he said. “We were once caught having sex by people in a bush in Kuwadzana. The other day, we were arrested by the police when they caught us having sex in another bush. So, how can I have her as my wife?” Mr Nyamugwindiri claimed Letwin lured him into marriage. “I had no intentions of marrying this woman,” he told magistrate Precious Muzondo.

“What happened is she used to come to my house wearing seductive clothes at night, tempting me to sleep with her. And she knew I was very close to her sister. She would bad-mouth her. “This led me to drift my attention to her.” But Ms Letwin told the court she was not in a position to vacate Mr Nyamugwindiri’s house because her parents would not accept her back if he did not pay compensation for the ‘threesome’ damages.

She argued that Mr Nyamugwindiri had to pay compensation for the “big bang” featuring the three of them on the same bed.
“My parents know that Pamela and I have had sex with him on the same bed,” she said. “He even told my parents that he was in a relationship with Pamela. So my parents will only accept me home if he pays US$5 000 as damage for what he did to us.”

She accused Mr Nyamugwindiri of ill-treating her. “He is now treating me cruelly,” she said. “He does not allow me to use the toilet or the sink. Also he is making me sleep in a dark room.” Mr Nyamugwindiri said he wanted Ms Letwin Nyanguwa out of his house because she had threatened to commit suicide.

“I am so afraid to stay with her because she has told me she is going to take rat poison and kill herself at my house,” he said.
After listening to both sides of this very unusual “eternal triangle” story, Magistrate Muzondo granted Mr Nyamugwindiri  his Protection Order against Ms Letwin Nyanguwa.

She ordered her to stay peacefully with her husband and to desist from wayward behaviour, such as attempting suicide. Meanwhile, H-Metro managed to talk to Letwin’s elder sister Ms Pamela Nyanguwa who was alleged to have “crept” into her younger sister’s matrimonial bed. She confirmed she had slept in the same bed with her younger sister and her husband. But she said there was no sex.

“Well, it is true that I slept with my sister and her husband in the same bed. But nothing happened that night. I never had sex with Leonard,” she said. The other two participants (Leonard and Letwin) in the threesome had confirmed in court, under oath, that it had indeed taken place.
