Information submitted to us is saying a woman in South Africa opened a facebook account in the name of Macdonald Chinyoka as a way of fixing him.The Fake Macdonald Chinyoka explains how his wife caught him with a prostitute called Joy .

"Just thought that you must hear this from me first before you read about it in the “THE HERALD” newspaper tomorrow or from any other International Media", were suspected fake CB Richard Ellis property manager,Macdonald Chinyoka's words as he posted the story on our facebok wall.

Chinyoka explained how last week he spent most of the time being in and out of the Harare Central Police station (Charge office) and the courts. The reason being, when his wife came from South Africa to leave their daughter Valerie with him for the school holidays, she caught him in bed red handed with a woman Joy and out of embarrassment, Macdonald Chinyoka pushed and forced his wife and daughter out of the house.

Chinyoka said he reacted in a violent manner and he smashed and destroyed his  wife’s camera since she had taken some pictures and a video of him and Joy (the woman). He  also took his wife’s wallet that had all her bank cards and cash amounting to US$950 and his wife’s two cell phones in an effort to delete any evidence that she gathered using the cell phone camera.

His wife then reported the matter to the Police at Harare Central who then laid five criminal charges against Macdonald Chinyoka . He was charged on account of Theft, Assault, Domestic Violence, and Attempted Murder as a result of life threatening threats that he said to his wife in the heat of the drama .He said he was also charged with child abuse since his seven year old daughter was there and witnessed everything when all this took place.

"A Criminal Docket number 032108 was opened at Harare Central police on 28 March 2010 and also a Criminal Record CR Number 1494/03/10 was opened at the Magistrate Court on the 1st April 2010. Mr Sivenke was also informed by the Police officer in charge during the time when I was in police custody. I was then released from Police custody into the hands of my lawyer Justin Zuze from MTOMBENI, MUKWESHA, MUZAWAZI & ASSOCIATES. 36 Lawson Ave, Milton Park. Phone 790595 / 790388." He explained

"This is just the story in short, but it might be detailed when it’s being released by the newspapers and the other International media, they always want to make it spicy & juicy and they will also show some pictures that they got from my wife, pictures of me and Joy the prostitute.I just thought I should let you all know since this will be bad publicity on CB Richard Ellis and a bad image on my companies as well, especially on Eastview Motors, also on the way that my clients will be looking at me now after all this drama that I was found guilty of." He added.

Chinyoka went on to say that he hopes people share with him the embarrassment that he has put the Chinyoka family through and the trauma that he has put his daughter Valerie through by witnessing all this.

His wife is said to have sued both Chinyoka  and Joy for compensation since he is legally married to her  wife under Chapter 37 now chapter 5.11 which only allows marriage between one woman and one man. The wife is said to have also filed for divorce on adultery grounds.
